Why do I keep getting disconnected after sending and receiving my email?
When a customer is getting disconnected after sending and receiving, it usually means that he or she has a setting that should not be checked in their Outlook Express options. To fix this problem, please follow these directions.
1. Open up Outlook Express.
2. Click on Tools.
3. Scroll down and click on Options.
4. Click on the Connections tab at the top.
5. Look for the setting "Hang up after sending and receiving" Make sure this box is not checked.
