We would like to give a big warm welcome to our newest BMI staff member, Jon Alexander. Jon has spent 4 years in college as well as 4 years providing phone technical support. Jon enjoys spending time with his chuch and a small youth group on the weekend where they build and launch model rockets. Jon's great attitude towards customers and past knowledge are all part of what makes him a great member of our team.
