    Welcome to this month's edition of The On Ramp. In past issues, I have taken a moment to discuss our hours of operation and how you can contact us, but I will get to that shortly. First, I would like to take a minute to welcome back a member of the BMI family. Renee Eagon, hired in April of 2004, has returned to our tech staff. For the past few months Renee has been spending most of her time at BMI working in the advertising department. Now, she is available to answer any of your questions by phone, live chat and email - just like the the rest of us! Welcome back Renee! Remember, you can contact our tech support at 800-485-5006 from 7:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Also, we are available via email at 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Or if you are online and want to talk to us, go to a number of our webpages and select the live chat option from 7:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. Monday through Friday or 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
