  • Thank you for the kind words!
    by Matt Stephens and YOU
    June 2005
Our dedicated staff receive letters and calls each month thanking them for their helpful assistance. It is my pleasure to share some of their compliments with you. It really makes our day to receive such kind words!

This kudo came in via a phone call from one of our treasured customers!
She wanted to let me know that Nathon was a great sales person. He was quick, knowledgeable, confident, nice to work with and very professional. She has a background in sales and customer service and thought he did a wonderful job. Great job Nathon!!!

"I just want to thank Jon for his help today setting up my Outlook Express. It has never worked since I set it up wrong when I got my computer. He was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful.

    "Hello Tech at BMI,
Just want to thank Nathon for the great support he gave me. It looks like things are working now. Otherwise I will be on the phone again!! Nate was very helpful - kind, courteous and patient with my slow computer and me."
    Thank you so much!"
    Erna H. College Place, WA

"Kevin, Thanks again for fixing my computer problem and for going the extra mile. Very few people would care enough to go that far. It's people like you that makes this world a better place to live, especially when you get old.
    Thanks again."
William W. of Walla Walla, WA

This one was by telephone also:
Emily called to let me know what a value I have in Nathon. She has called a few times and always talked to a friendly voice, but in her experience Nathon was the best. He was very patient and wonderful at explaining things to her.
Emily C. is from Grants Pass, OR
