BMI, Thank you for the new spam Quarantine notification. Having the address usually makes it clear if I need to check it. Once again BMI comes through with a time saver. Bill & Joan M. Florence, OR Our church wants to give Mike a big thank you and HUGS for helping us get networked so our staff and volunteers can work from home. We spent hours with our telephone company and Microsoft with no results. Mike accomplished it in under an hour. Thanks again Mike. Browns Point United Methodist Church, Tacoma, WA Never have I been this happy with an Internet provider. The ability to keep my home page as clean as I want it, is pure joy. I'm telling everyone about you. Keep up the terrific job. Phyllis H. Florence, OR. This afternoon Jose kindly talked me through a computer panic attack. He stayed calm, understood my situation, and told me what to do. When I tell people about BMI, the great support service is my main thing to brag about. THANKS SO MUCH! Dolores K. Walla Walla, WA Thank you everyone; Matt, Jose, etc. for all the exceptionally knowledgeable help you have given me recently. Youre all fantastic to work with--plus being very patient and nice!! Dixie S. Baker City, OR Jon, thanks to you and your customer support team there at BMI. It's true it did take considerable time to get my DSL setup but it was worth the wait. They say that what doesnt kill you only makes you stronger, and I am pretty strong right now after finally getting this system up and going... I appreciate you being able to keep a cool & clear head while working the Quest service techs. Thats the way I like to see the job get done. Thanks again, Dean R. Walla Walla, WA
