"Just wanted to let you know what great service, and fantastic help I received from K.J. He talked me into going DSL, and he was right! We LOVE it. His help was very much appreciated, he made it so easy for us. By the way, let him know he was exactly right, the CD from Quest came on Tuesday, like he said it would. It went right into the garbage. Thanks again for the excellent customer service.
