Here is a fix to a common problem for dialup users - lLosing the connection every time you check your e-mail.
Click on the Tools menu at the top of Outlook Express.
Click on Options at the bottom of the list.
Click the Connections tab and make sure that the "Hang up after sending and receiving" box is unchecked.
Click Apply and then OK to close the window.
It would best to restart your computer at this time. You should now be able to send and receive email without getting disconnected immediately. If you still have disconnect issues when checking e-mail, give us a call for more support.
