Spring is here and a lot of us are trying to get back into shape from what the holidays have done to our bodies. I will list a few sites where you can exercise at home with a few weights (or no weights at all).
For toning and strengthening, you are going to concentrate on lifting heavy objects (weights).
For toning, you do more lifting with a lighter weight
For strengthening, you do less lifting with a heavier weight.

Make use of your stairs
Ride a bike
Clean your house, yard or garage (it burns tons of calories).
