Mail Server Upgrades by Ruben Bybee
In the past 45 days, BMI has upgraded the most frequently used mail servers (mail.bmi.net and outgoing.bmi.net). These upgrades allow us to add new features to serve you better. It is also very scalable which means we can continue to improve it as the technology improves. Our new mail.bmi.net server (named xwing) now supports IMAP and POP3 and...

New Google Maps by Ruben Bybee
Google unveilved a very interesting new mapping and satellite imagery technology in April. This technology allows you to zoom in with satellite maps to almost any location. Once you are at your desired location, you can use your mouse to scroll and tour the surrounding areas rather than start a new search. A friend of mine who lives in Belgium...

Wanna Go Faster? by Ruben Bybee
BMI has lowered DSL pricing to $29.95 per month. Please remember that you see half of this amount ($14.95) on your BMI bill and the other half ($15.00) on your Qwest telephone bill. DSL's biggest advantage is faster speeds. You can surf, download, upload and execute email at lightning fast speeds compared to dial up. It is also "always on"...

Have you tried BMI's "Say and Pay" referral program yet? It's our way of "Saying" thank you and "Paying" you a reward for referring a new customer to Blue Mountain Internet. You are our bread and butter. And, we try hard to provide you excellent service. One way we do this is to PAY YOU when any of your friends or family members sign up for service. How do we know that you referred a new customer? Well, we ask them. When a new customer signs up we ask, "How did you hear about us?" They "say" that YOU sent them and presto - we "pay" you a $5 credit on your account. Now, of course if they give us the name of your dog or cat, we can't PUT MONEY in your account so be sure they "say" your name right. Refer just three people in one month and your internet account is paid for that month.

We also have a Partner program. No, this is not about cowboys or significant others. Partners are computer retailer and service center businesses. We keep our eyes open for businesses that have the same relentless desire for the best possible customer service. Our partner relationships give you an extra, reliable layer of support when you have problems with your computer. Sort of like when your regular doctor (BMI) sends you to a specialist doctor. We also rely on you, to tell us who to add to our Partner program. Who put your needs first? Who gave you excellent service? Which computer related business exceeded your expectations? Please forward your referrals or questions about our partners to: sales@bmi.net

A mother had been teaching her three-year daughter, Caitlin, the Lord's prayer. For several evenings at bedtime, she would repeat after her mother the lines from the prayer. Finally, she decided to go solo. The mother listened with pride as she carefully enunciated each word, right up to the end of the prayer: "Lead us not into temptation," sh... - CONTINUED
